2. App Description
Xeon ‑ Hide Price automatically manages your Shopify store inventory visibility by hiding prices for out-of-stock products and displaying prices for in-stock items. You can enable or disable the app at any time from your Shopify admin. The app is designed to work seamlessly with the latest Shopify themes.

3. Plans and Pricing

• Free Plan: Basic features at no cost.
• Premium Plan: $100/month (USD). Charges are billed every 30 days via Shopify. Recurring and usage-based charges apply.

4. Data Access and Privacy
The App requires access to your store’s data, including:

• Personal data: store owner’s name, email address, phone number, physical address
• Store data: theme and online store data

5. Use of the App

• You may use the App directly from Shopify admin.
• The App works with supported languages (English) and with the newest Shopify themes.
• You are responsible for enabling/disabling the App as needed and customizing price-hiding settings for your store.

6. Support and Contact
App support is available from Jaiintel LIMITED. Contact details and support resources are provided via the Shopify App Store listing.

7. Limitations of Liability
Jaiintel LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications and Updates
Jaiintel LIMITED reserves the right to update or modify the App and these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of substantial changes via the Shopify App Store.

9. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. Jaiintel LIMITED may terminate service for violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Xeon ‑ Hide Price, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
